This charming, end-terrace cottage in Staithes, North Yorkshire can sleep up to six people in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x double, 1 x adult bunks. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with open fire.
Safe Harbour Cottage is a delightful, end-terrace cottage tucked away in the heart of Staithes, North Yorkshire. The cottage offers three bedrooms, including a super king-size double, a cosy double room and an adult bunks bedroom. Also offering a family bathroom, this cottage can sleep up six people. There is an open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with an open fire. Outside, you will find two patios with furniture, on the ground and first floors. There is a parking permit provided for one car in the car park at the top of the bank. Safe Harbour Cottage is a wonderful base for a family holiday or a get-together with friends, all-year-round. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Facilities & Amenities
Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Electric storage heaters included in rent, any fuel required for the open fire can be purchased in several outlets locally. Bed linen and towels inc. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Parking available in Bank Top car park at the top of the high street, parking permit provided. Ground floor patio and first floor patio area with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, not allowed upstairs in bedrooms. No cats. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and beach just 1 minute walk. Note: Double bed in smaller room accessed from one side only. Note: Permit provided for car park at top of the bank, loading/unloading area only near the property on the high street. Note: Front patio is enclosed but rear patio is open. Note: Windows in upstairs front bedrooms are original and do not have sash cords so are heavy. Note: Maximum of 2 dogs welcome. Please note this property is under new management.

The seaside village of Staithes, with its cobbled streets and back alleys, is something of an artist's dream. Its pretty houses and cottages are clustered around the old harbour and surrounded by high craggy cliffs. The village has a good selection of pubs, shops and tea rooms with a a sheltered sandy beach. The best views of the town can be enjoyed from the Cleveland Way which runs down the cliffside to the sea's edge. A superb base for exploring the Yorkshire Coast.
