There are six bedrooms within the property, including a ground-floor double with TV, dressing room and en-suite wetroom with bath, handheld shower, separate shower, a ground-floor double with TV and en-suite shower room, two ground-floor doubles with TV and Jack-and-Jill bathroom access, a double with TV and Juliet balcony and a twin with TV and electric fire and heating. The bedrooms share access to a ground-floor Jack-and-Jill bathroom and a cloakroom, making the property ideally suited to sleep up to twelve people. The dwelling also boasts a kitchen/diner with a woodburning stove, a utility and a living/dining room with a woodbuning stove. The property is surrounded by luscious green lands, with gravelled and decking areas holding furniture. There is also off-road parking for six cars, as well as room for a boat. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for six cars. Surrounding gardens with lawn, gravelled and decking areas with furniture, with access to gardens. Three well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.8 miles, pub 1.2 miles. Note: There are small steps throughout the property, please take care. Note: All rooms have underfloor heating except the twin room with an electric fire and electric heating. Note: There is room for a boat on the drive

Llandegfan is a modest village resting on the banks of the Menai Straits in the Isle of Anglesey. Rich in history and wonder, it makes a great base for your exploration of Wales. Home to a local shop and an inn serving good food, the area offers a host of amenities to cater to your needs. Nearby you can find Beaumaris, a popular tourist destination with one of the island's many sandy beaches, as well as mainland Wales being within reach over the Menai Bridge where you will be greeted by the wonder of Snowdonia National Park. Llandegfan is the ideal base for the best of the coast and countryside of Wales.

"We were absolutely stunned with the quality of this house, no expense spared with the fixtures and fittings. Kitchen was to die for and that was just the start! All the bedrooms are gorgeous, they'll be no fighting over who gets the best room - they're all the best. Living/Dining room is vey light and airy with a breathtaking view across the hills, down to the straits and across to Snowdonian beyond or if you want a different view the TV is immense!! The house is set at the end of the village of LLandegfan on the hill above the road to Beaumaris which means its in a quiet and peaceful location but still within easy reach of all amenities. Great house for large parties including the kids with lots of room to lose yourself both inside and outside the house. We didn't get to use the deck as it was a bit chilly out but a great outside space for partying."
