Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking. Enclosed decked area with furniture. 1 well behaved dog welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shops and pubs 3 mins walk. Note: The bed is accessed from one side only and open plan to the stairs. No children or babies allowed

"Just returned from a weekend in Conwy, where we stayed at Kirrin Cottage. On arriving we were met by Lowri, who made us feel externally welcome, she quickly showed us around the cottage and made sure we knew where everything was and totally happy. The cottage is really cosy and has everything you need for a few days on holiday. The living area is perfect size for a couple, with a well equipped kitchen and relaxing living room. Upstairs there is a bedroom and shower room/toilet. The bed is comfy bed and the shower is incredible! If you are planning on staying in the Conwy area then I would certainly recommend looking at Kirrin Cottage. "
"We had a lovely stay in Kirrin cottage in Conwy, the cottage is perfect it had everything you could want with all the mod cons but still had the charm of a old building beams etc. The bottle of wine and chocolate was a lovely touch also the milk and butter in the fridge, Lowri the owner was so friendly and helpful. The weather wasn't great but still managed to walk along the walls and visit Conwy castle, also visited Llandudno and drove to Anglessey. Would like to revisit in the summer so we can do some of the walks in the area."
