This spacious detached house in Rhoshirwaun near Aberdaron sleeps up to 13 people in seven bedrooms. Plas Newydd is a spacious detached house on the Llyn Peninsula. The house has seven bedrooms spread over two wings, offering a combination of king-size doubles, twins, singles and bunks, with one bedroom on the ground floor, altogether sleeping 13 people. There are three bathrooms in the property, along with two sitting areas, two kitchens and a study. The property offers an outdoor heated swimming pool, and the rest of the garden is fabulous, including a stream and winding paths. Plas Newydd is a perfect base for friends and families in search of a luxurious, relaxing base in this delightful part of Wales. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Oil AGA, electric oven and hob, microwave, 3 x fridges, 2 x freezers, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Sky, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for wood burner included in rent. Bed linen and towels included in rent. Two travel cots and highchairs. Off road parking for 6 cars and boats. Large lawned gardens with stream, patio and pool terrace with furniture, loungers and BBQ. Outdoor heated swimming pool (May Half term (Whitsun) - End of Sept). Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 3.5 miles. Note: Young children to be supervised around fenced pool area and stream at all times. Note: Some low doors. Note: No hen/stag or similar. The dramatic scenery and abundance of superb walks at the Snowdonia National Park area are within easy driving distance, making an ideal base for a varied and enjoyable holiday, at any time of year.
