This stylish lodge in Devon can sleep four people in two bedrooms. All-ground-floor. Two bedrooms; 1 x double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin. Bathroom with shower over bath, basin and WC. Open-plan living room with sitting area, dining area and kitchen area.
Alder Lodge is a fantastic family-friendly property in south Devon, offering plenty to see and do in the immediate area and further afield for all ages. There are two bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room, a bathroom, and is suitable to sleep up to four people. Within the lodge there is an open plan living space containing a kitchen, living, and dining area. Outside is a private decking fit with furniture and a barbecue. Alder Lodge is a fantastic property for a small family or two couples looking for a coastal adventure. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, TV and WiFi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available by request. Off-road parking for two cars. Wrap-around decked area. Shared outdoor heated swimming pool open 8am-8pm, May-Sept. One well behaved pet welcome at an additional charge and sorry no smoking. Shop and fishing lake on-site, pub 1.7 miles.

Newton Abbot is a market town resting on the English Riviera, just 10 miles away from Torquay. Within the town you will find a selection of hops and the famous Hedgehog Hospital, where you are encouraged to feed the animals. Attractions within the nearby surroundings include the seaside towns of Teignmouth and Shaldon, as well as the National Trust houses of Bradley Manor, Coleton Fishacre and Compton Castle.
