Overview
This wonderful, terraced cottage is situated in the ancient stannary town of Lostwithiel and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin with en-suite bath, shower over, basin and WC, 1 x adult bunks. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with sofa bed and woodburning stove. Utility.
The Old Smithy is a wonderful, terraced cottage, situated in the ancient stannary town of Lostwithiel and can sleep six people. There is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a room with adult bunk beds, a ground floor shower room, an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburner and a sofa bed and a utility room and there is also underfloor heating on the ground floor. Outside there is on road parking on a first come, first served basis and large free car park close by. Courtyard with furniture and BBQ. The Old Smithy is a wonderful holiday base.

The small Cornish town of Lostwithiel sits in the Fowey river valley. The town offers antique shops, pubs, retaurants and a famers' market. Along the coast you will find small fishing ports and areas of great historical interest, whilst further afield is the Eden Project.
