Electric central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, TV with DVD player and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Allocated parking for two cars. Private rear garden as well as access to the extensive grounds and children may use the tree house, trampoline and table tennis available in the grounds. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Pub within 2.1 miles, shop within 6.9 miles. Note: Due to location, dogs should be kept on a lead when outside.

Bromyard is a market town situated within Herefordshire, just 15 miles away from Leominster and the cathedral city of Worcester. Within the bust town you will find a selection of hops, cafes and pubs, as well as an annual folk festival. Attractions within the town include the Bromyard Downs and Bringsty Common, offering superb walks. Further afield are the Shropshire Hills AONB and even the Brecon Beacons National Park.
