Ample off-road parking. Lawned garden with furniture and external hot tub room. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (not allowed upstairs). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.2 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Note: There is a beamed step up to the first-floor double bedroom and a second step to the bed. Note: Please do not let dogs on the first floor of the property
