A beautiful stone built cottage, ideally located between the iconic town of St Ives and the bustling harbour town of Penzance. Three bedrooms: 1 x super king-size with ensuite shower room, 1 x twin zip/link, can be super king-size on request, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower, basin and WC. Kitchen/Diner with electric AGA. Utility room with WC. Sitting room with woodburning stove. Study - with telephone, wi-fi, printer, maps and local books . In addition Garden room - at end of house with piano, desk and chairs, opening onto the garden.

Resting on the coast, boasting a delightful bay and stretch of sand for family days out, also ideal for fishing and sailing.
