Completing the interior is a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars and a garden with furniture. Nyth Bran is an delightful accommodation for a family holiday to Wales. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Woodburning stove. Microwave, electric oven and hob, washing machine, fridge with freezer box, Smart TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Hairdryer. Iron. Off-road parking for two cars. Garden area with furniture and gas BBQ. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Pub within 0.6 miles, shop within 0.5 miles. Note: Care to be taken on the garden steps. The property accepts one well behaved dog. Starter pack for wood burning stove provided, additional supplies are available locally. The garden is split over three tiers, the steps leading from the ground floor patio to the 2nd and third tier are narrow. Groups with children and less mobile will need to be mindful of this and families with children must be mindful of the layout of the top garden.

Harlech is a small town resting between the mountains and the sea, just 11 miles away from Barmouth and 11 miles from Porthmadog. Within the historic town you will find a castle built by Edward I and has World Heritage status and the popular and famous Royal St. Davids course. Here, you will also find a beach which is popular with families and a selection of quality restaurants and shops.
