Bryn Derwen Lodge is a luxury lodge, surrounded by woodland, on the outskirts of the Snowdonia National Park. The lodge has three bedrooms, all doubles with TVs, sleeping six guests. There is also a shower room and an open-plan living/kitchen/dining room with a woodburning stove. outside is off-road parking for four cars, as well as a large back garden with decking and furniture, a sheltered patio area with furniture and a patio area with a private hot tub. Bryn Derwen Lodge is a wonderful woodland retreat in North Wales. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Biomass heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. 4 x TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for 4 cars. Rear garden with decking and furniture, covered patio with seating and BBQ, patio fire pit and with private hot tub. 2 well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.1 miles. Note: Due to the location of the property, a car is highly recommended. Note: There is small drop at the front of the property off the veranda, children and pets to be supervised. There is a shared park with a swing, 50m zipwire, balance bar, stepping stones and TP climbing frame.
