Skirting electric heaters with electric woodburning-effect stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, TV with Freeview, DVD player, a selection of books, games, DVDs and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Ample off-road parking. Shared lawned area with furniture (across yard from cottage). One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.3 miles and pubs 1.8 miles. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Note: This Buxton self-catering apartment is accessed via 11 external stone steps. Note: The property has shared use of laundry room with washer/dryer
