The Light House is a wonderful terraced cottage based in Appledore, Devon. Hosting three bedrooms: one king-size with Juliet balcony, one twin and one day bed, together sleeping five guests and sharing a shower room. Downstairs provides an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, as well as a utility/cloakroom. Outside has an enclosed patio area with furniture, as well as roadside parking on first come, first-served basis. The Light House is an excellent choice for a rural break to the coast of Devon. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Gas central heating. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV, DVD player and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Rich cotton linen and fluffy White Company towels for indoor use only inc. in rent, please bring your own towels for the beach. Luxury mattresses. Travel cot, stair gate and baby listener provided on request, please state in your booking request if you would like the travel cot to be set up for your arrival and please bring your own sheets/bedding for the travel cot. Roadside parking. Front enclosed gravelled area. Enclosed patio area with furniture, BBQ and rear access. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 0.3 miles. Appledore is a village resting at the mouth of the River Torridge, in Devon. Hosting a small choice of pubs, restaurants, shops and supermarkets for all of your amenities. You are within reach of a multitude of white sandy beaches for a day trip, or visit the nearby golf course. Further afield are the bustling towns of Barnstaple and Ilfracombe which offer a whole host of attractions.
