This single-storey cottage, three miles from the town of Cardigan sleeps two people. All ground floor. One bedroom: 1 x king-size double. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Shared use of external laundry room. Shared use of outdoor heated swimming pool and children's play area.
The Byre is a semi-detached, single-storey cottage, one of seven on-site situated 2.5 miles from Cardigan. This cottage sleeps two people in one king size double, as well as a bathroom. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside there's shared lawned grounds, a heated swimming pool and a children's play area. The Byre is a convenient holiday home for a family. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Electric double oven with hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, shared use of coin-operated washing machines and tumble dryer, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Communal lawned grounds with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 mins walk, pub 3 miles. Note: Swimming pool available from the start of May to mid Sep. Note: Owners' live on-site. Note: Check-in 4pm.

The market town of Cardigan in Ceredigion is situated on the River Teifi and offers shops, both unique local producers and larger chain stores, as well as tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and a ruined castle. The Pembrokeshire coastline is just a few miles away, plus you will find Cardigan Island Farm Park, Blue Flag sandy beaches and a horse riding centre in the area. Within driving distance is the town of Carmarthen, Dylan Thomas' Boat House in Laugharne, and an array of castles, mills and craft centres.
