This semi-detached holiday home near Cardigan sleeps five people in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 1 x ground floor double, 2 x twin. Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Shared use of external laundry room. Shared use of outdoor heated swimming pool and children's play area.
The Granary is a semi-detached cottage, one of seven on-site, situated 2.5 miles from the town of Cardigan. This cottage sleeps five people in three bedrooms, consisting of one ground floor double and two first floor twins, as well as a ground floor bathroom. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside there's off road parking for two cars, shared use of lawned gardens with furniture, an outdoor heated swimming pool and a children's play area. The Granary is an ideal base for a family or group of friends. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Communal lawned grounds with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 mins walk, pub 3 miles. Note: Sloping ceiling in twin bedrooms. Note: Swimming pool available from the start of May to mid Sep. Note: Owners' live on-site. Note: Check-in time 4pm. Note: Although the property is advertised as ground floor, there are a few steps leading and inside the property.

The market town of Cardigan in Ceredigion is situated on the River Teifi and offers shops, both unique local producers and larger chain stores, as well as tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and a ruined castle. The Pembrokeshire coastline is just a few miles away, plus you will find Cardigan Island Farm Park, Blue Flag sandy beaches and a horse riding centre in the area. Within driving distance is the town of Carmarthen, Dylan Thomas' Boat House in Laugharne, and an array of castles, mills and craft centres.
