Malton is a market town resting on the edge of the North York Moors National Park, just 18 miles away from York. The historic centre of Ryedale since Roman times play host to a magnitude of historical buildings, including the old Corn Exchange and Assembly Rooms. Within close reach are the countryside settings of Yorkshire Moors are to the north, and the Yorkshire Wolds are to the south, housing a magnitude of walking opportunities.
