The property holds five bedrooms which includes a family room with a double and day bed with en-suite shower room, a double with en-suite shower room, a family room with three singles, a further double and a twin, serviced by a shared bathroom, making the property perfect to sleep up to 12 people. The property also boasts an open-plan living space, home to a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, as well as there being a snug and even your own sauna! Outside you can find a large lawned area with a hot tub and a decking with furniture, as well as off-road parking for four-six cars. Water's Edge makes a marvellous stay for a family gathering or group of friends to explore this exciting area of Norfolk.

Middleton is a modest village resting in the county of Norfolk. With a post office and store, a steakhouse, and many other wonderful amenities such as a golf club with its own professional shop, the local area is sure to cater for an array of tastes. Within close reach is King's Lynn, offering even more excitement in its maritime past and pretty port. Spend a day at the coast at nearby Hunstanton or picturesque Cromer, or take a trip into the city of Norwich to experience its charming atmosphere with plenty to do.
