Gas underfloor heating. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and 2 x Smart TVs, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Rear lawn and patio with furniture. Off road parking for 1 car. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.3 miles, pub 1.7 miles. Note: The road leading to the property is uneven, please take care. Note: Sofa bed is for flexibility, however max occupancy would be 2 adults and 2 kids. Note: Property is suitable for assisted disabled with being all on one level and wide doorways. Note: Near to the property is a sanctuary of healing which offers therapies, holistic courses and an organic cafe.

Offering both 'old' and 'new' areas, the village plays host to a wide array of history, alongside pubs and eateries. In easy reach of Preston and Burnley too, Langho is a wonderful base for your English escape.
