This attractive, detached house lies in the centre of Cartmel in Cumbria and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms. Four bedrooms: 1 x super king-size with en-suite bath, hand-held shower, separate shower, basin and WC, 1 x double, 2 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Cloakroom with basin and WC. Kitchen/breakfast room. Dining room. Sitting room with open fire. Snug/library room.
The White House is a well-appointed, detached cottage situated in the South Lakeland village of Cartmel. It boasts four bedrooms; a super king-size with en-suite bathroom, a double and two twins, sleeping eight altogether. There is also a bathroom, cloakroom, kitchen/breakfast room, a dining room, sitting room with open fire and an additional snug/library room. To the outside is an extensive lawned area with croquet lawn, vegetable patch and fruit orchard within a walled garden, as well as a patio area with furniture and ample off-road parking. The White House provides a fantastic base for families and large groups to make the most of all the Lake District has to offer. Impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the Lake District has it all. From walking in the mountains to exhilarating watersports or just a gentle cruise on a steam-powered yacht, Cumbria is the perfect holiday destination.
