An open-plan living space holds the kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric fire, and outside there is a patio with seating, as well as access to on-site facilities including a bar and an indoor pool (subject to seasonal opening times). Ivy is a great spot to call home while you explore the delights of the Yorkshire coast. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Oil central heating and electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV with Freeview, DVD player, WiFi and a selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available upon request. Off-road parking for 1 car, please enquire about extra parking if needed. Communal swimming pool and bar. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.4 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Note: There is a small charge for use of leisure facilities, please contact Orchard Farm Holiday Village for more information. Note: Although the property is all on the ground floor, there are three steps up into the property. Note: Orchard Farm Holiday Village has advised us that the swimming pool and bar will continue to remain closed until January 2021 in accordance with government guidelines and social distancing rules.

The village of Hunmanby is situated right near the coast of Yorkshire and sits between the popular towns of Scarborough and Bridlington. Hosting several amenities, including pubs, shops and local businesses, you can enjoy having access to all the essentials and more. Just a short drive away is the seaside resort of Filey, where many days can be spent at Filey beach, while further north find the North York Moors, waiting to be explored.
