Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
Gardener's Lodge is a beautiful wooden lodge enjoying a ground-floor layout, lying at the back of the owner's property in Huby, North Yorkshire. Hosing two bedrooms; a super-king-size (zip/link) and a king-size with an en-suite shower room, along with a shared bathroom, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is an enclosed garden with a lawn and seating and off-road parking for two cars. Gardener's Lodge will be a wonderful retreat to North Yorkshire. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Off-road parking for two cars. 7.5 kw EV charging point (available by private arrangement). Enclosed garden with lawn and seating. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub within 0.5 miles.Note: To the rear of the property is a small stream in a deep ditch, fenced from the lodge garden. Note: The owner's live next door to this property, however guests have their own private entrance and access

Huby lies in North Yorkshire, just under twenty miles from the historic city of York, this small village is home to a selection of amenities.
