St Piran's Point is in a unique and dramatic position, surrounded by 900 acres of land and with spectacular long coastal views towards Perranporth and St Ives and direct access to the South West coastal path. Located in a private location access via MOD land it is close to the seaside village of Holywell, Cornwall. The property has one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, sleeping two guests. There is an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining and sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside is off-road parking for two cars and furniture at the front of the property on the lawn. St Piran's Point is a hugelsuperb property in a tranquil, coastal location.

Underfloor heating and woodburning stove. Gas hob/oven with electric grill, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Front lawn with furniture overlooking the coast. Set amidst 900+ acres of land owned by the MOD and managed by Natural England. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2.4 miles, pub 1 mile, beach 0.5 mile. Note: Welcome pack of cream tea. Note: Bathrobes and beach towels provided. Note: White Company toiletries provided. Note: Private gate gives access to South West Coast Path and is less than 10 minutes' walk down to the beach. Note: There is no washing machine, but the owner offers a wash & fold service. Note: This unique setting is a gated property and can only be accessed by owner's invitation. Access is via an ex-MOD army base and security gates. Owners meet guests on arrival at access gates. Guests will be given the keys for gates over the private land for their personal use for the duration of stay. Please bring a torch with you - especially if arriving after dusk as there is limited outside lighting.
