Shop within 1 mile, pub within 0.01 mile. Please note: The rear garden is not for guests' use. Please note: Whilst the back garden is not offered with the cottage, there is a large flat green space approximately 10 metres from the garden gate. Note: Babes in arms only, no children under the age of 6. Note: This property sleeps a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child over 6 or 1 babes in arms. The owner provides dog bowls, dob bed, bedding/blankets and canvas dog crate for up to a medium sized dog. Please note: Check-in is at 4pm
