Electric storage and panel heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, DVD player, radio, WiFi and a selection of books. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. An annual parking permit, for one car, is provided for the Mayors Avenue public car park (subject to available spaces)/Dartmouth Park and Ride. No pets and no smoking. Shop and pub within 0.3 miles. Note: Due to the age of the property, some of the floors slope. Note: There are 47 steps down from Above Town and then over a bridge to the front door.
