This attractive stone barn rests within the Lee Barton Farm estate, is pet friendly and can sleep six people in three bedrooms Three bedrooms: 2 x double with TV and en-suite shower, 1 x twin, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and basin. Open plan living area with sitting area, dining area with table and chairs and kitchen.
The Shippon offers flexible accommodation close to the North Cornwall coast Sleeping six people in three bedrooms, you'll find two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and a twin bedded room. The living space is bright, spacious and open plan with sitting/dining area and a neat kitchen. Outside is a large, patio garden with seating as well as off-road parking. The Shippon is a peaceful retreat for a much deserved break.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot & highchair available on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Patio garden with seating. One well-behaved pet welcome, sorry no smoking. Note: There are a number of ponds at this property, children should be supervised. Note: This property has a 4pm arrival time. Note: Pets are welcome at this property but as this is a working farm, dogs must be kept on a lead whilst in the grounds and it is essential that you clean up after your animals
