Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, freezer, washing machine, 3 x TVs and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Enclosed lawned garden and patio area with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 0.01 miles. Please note: no parking however if the guests give the owner 48 hours notice, the owner can arrange free parking at the council run car park.
