One bedroom: 1 x Double with TV. Shower Room with separate shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with open fire.

Electric storage and convector heaters with open fire. Electric Baby Belling 2 ring oven, microwave, fridge, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Enclosed decking area with garden furniture. Small gate leads to very steep steps down to natural garden area. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 5 minute walk
