Electric underfloor heating with wood burning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Sky+ TV, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent, but please bring your own towels. Priivate sundeck with table and seating. Off road parking for one car and a boat. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and coast 5 mins walk .
