Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request, fitted stairgate the top of landing stairs. Off road parking for one car, request to bring two. Lawn and slate patio with table, chairs, parasol and BBQ. Two well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile, coast 1.5 miles.
