Ground Floor Bathroom with bath (with handrails), shower over, basin & WC. Open plan living area with Kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburnng stove. Hot Tub.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. 35 acres of land with streams, wildlife ponds and bridleways. Two well behaved dogs welcome by arrangement. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles, coast 3 miles.
