The cottage also contains a dining kitchen and a sitting room with woodburning stove and attractive fireplace. To the outside is roadside parking in the village. Old Cottage is an excellent base for a wonderful Peak District holiday, all year round.

Gas central heating with radiators in all rooms. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, smart TV, WiFi, selection of books and family games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc in the rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in the rent. Load/unload outside property only. There is no immediate roadside parking outside the property with roadside parking and a free public car park available in the village. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk downhill. Note: Cottage situated on a hill
