Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub within 1.5 miles. Note: This property adjoins the owner's home and is set on a working farm. Note: There is a woodburning stove in the sitting room but this is for decorative purposes only, it is not to be used. Note: There is a an electric car charging point at the property which requires a donation. Note: there are facilities for drying outdoor clothing and wetsuits at the property
