Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Off-road paring for three cars and bike storage. Enclosed courtyard with picnic bench and gated lawn area, which is not enclosed. Two pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Shop 3.3 miles, pub 0.7 miles. Note: The garden has a creek, children and pets will need to be supervised when outdoors. The conservatory opens out onto an enclosed colourful courtyard safe for dogs.
