The Boot Room is a lovely stone-built property situated near Ribchester, in Lancashire. Hosting two bedrooms: one king-size double and a further double, able to sleep a total of four guests with a ground-floor shower room. Completing the interior is a galley kitchen and dining area, sitting room with an open fire and a ground-floor sauna. TV with Freeview, DVD player, ipod docking station, radio, a selection of books, games and DVDs and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Bike storage. Travel cot, highchair and small children's bed available on request. Ample secure off-road parking. Secure courtyard area with furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome (downstairs only). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note; The property is down as a sleeping 4, however can sleep an extra child in the children's bed or travel cot if required, please do request this at time of booking.

Ribchester is a village and civil parish resting in the Ribble Valley district of Lancashire. Home to a wide-range of tourist attractions and plenty of pubs, restaurants, independent shops and supermarkets for your amenities. Settled on the fringes of the Forest of Bowland AONB for all manner of countryside sites, that are well-worth the visit.
