Gas central heating and electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. Rear garden with patio and Grade II listed kiln. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Note: The lawn at the rear of the property is out of bounds for safety reasons. Note: The entrance into the parking area is quite narrow

Combe Martin is a beautiful base for a holiday in Devon, settled where the Exmoor National Park and the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty meet, it boasts a plethora of natural wonders on its doorstep.
