The Grove is a large house set in the village of Combe Martin, North Devon. Hosting three bedrooms; one king-size with a Juliet balcony and two doubles, sleeping a total of six guests with a family bathroom. Downstairs provides a fitted kitchen, utility, dining room and a snug. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside has a rear terraced area with furniture, as well as off-road parking for four cars. The Grove is a wonderful choice for a seaside retreat with your loved ones. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Gas central heating. Range electric oven and gas hob, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV's and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. Rear terraced garden with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.3 miles and pub 0.2 miles. Note: No children under 14 allowed in the Jacuzzi bath. Note: The fireplace in the snug area is not to be used. Note: The garden is steep and can be a little slippery when wet. Note: The ceiling in the utility area is very low and care must be taken
