Compass Point is a wonderful stone cottage situated in the heart of Brixham, Devon. Boasting a reverse-level accommodation, this property has a ground-floor king-size and twin, and a first-floor double, sleeping a total of six guests with a wet room and cloakroom. The first floor has a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. Outside there is a garden area with bench, as well as roadside parking on first come, first-served basis. Compass Point is a delightful base for exploring the very best of the South Devon coast. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Gas central heating. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, hot tap, Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking on first come, first-served basis. Garden area with bench. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.3 miles and pub 0.4 miles. Please note: Check-in is from 4pm. Please note: Children must be supervised in the garden at all times due to the drop down at the edge of the garden wall. Please note: There are steps leading up to the front door, so may not be suitable for the less mobile. This property does not accept Stag or Hen parties.
