This delightful Scandinavian lodge rests in Llanbedr, Wales and can sleep up to seven people in three bedrooms. Over two floors. Three bedrooms: 1 x ground-floor double, 1 x first-floor double with children's single bed and balcony, 1 x first-floor twin. Bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Ground-floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Utility. First-floor games area.
Sun View Lodge is a lovely wooden lodge nestled in the village of Llanbedr, Wales. Hosting three bedrooms; one ground-floor double, one first-floor double with children's single bed and one first-floor twin, sleeping a total of seven guests. The property comes with a family bathroom and ground-floor shower room. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric fire, a utility and first-floor games room. Outside has an enclosed decking veranda with furniture and hot tub, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Sun View Lodge is an excellent base for families looking to explore the Welsh coastline. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. 2 x TVs with Freeview, Xbox 360, 2 x DVD player, Bluetooth sound system with CD/radio, a selection of books, games, DVDs and free unlimited WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate available. Off road parking for two cars. Front and side lawned garden with covered decked veranda with furniture and hot tub and charcoal BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles and pub 0.01 miles. Beach 2 miles. Note: Two steps into log cabin. Note: Limited mobile reception. Note: Children must be supervised at all times when using the hot tub. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Note: Please bring own towels for beach and hot tub. Note: The master bedroom has a further children's single bed, not suitable for adults. Note: The property is near a small airport, some air traffic noise may be heard. Note: BBQ to be used on the grass area away from the property.

Llanbedr is a village located on the Gwynedd area of Wales. It has two pubs/restaurants, as well as a convenience store for all of your amenities. Situated in the Snowdonia National Park, you are well-placed for exploring all of Wales' finest delights and its bustling coastline. Choose to spend an afternoon or two at one of its nearby sandy beaches with your loved ones; or visit one of the nearby towns such as Porthmadog and Blaenau Ffestiniog for a plethora of attractions.
