Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 1 car. Patio and lawned garden with furniture and a stream. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3.8 miles, pub 3 miles. Note: Due to the stream in the garden, pets must be supervised at all times. Note: Open tread stairs, please take care. Note: There is limited head space upon entering the bedroom and in the bedroom itself. Note: Adults only.
