There are two bedrooms in the cottage, made up of a ground-floor double (zip/link, can be twin on request) with en-suite shower room and a double with an en-suite bathroom, served by a cloakroom and sleeping a total of four guests. The property also hosts a kitchen/diner and a first-floor sitting room with an electric stove-effect fire. Outside is a patio garden with furniture and storage, as well as off-road parking. Central heating and electric stove-effect fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 1 car. Patio garden with furniture and shed for cycles etc. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (small/medium sized dogs). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub within 0.1 miles. Note: Dogs must be kept in the kitchen/diner and are not permitted to go upstairs or in the bedrooms.
