This detached property rests near Tadcaster, Yorkshire and can sleep 16 people in eight bedrooms. Over four floors. Seven + one bedrooms: 4 x super-king-size double (zip/link beds, can be made into twins on request), 3 x king-size double, 1 x twin. One bedroom is by the car parking on the lower ground floor for disabled or elderly access and an adjoining shower room with walk-in shower, bath, basin and WC. Cot bedroom. Bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, basin and WC. First-floor bathroom with walk-in shower, freestanding bath, basin and WC. Bathrooms with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Kitchen/Sitting Room. Dining room (on request for the extra fee) Utility room. External party room with bar. Note: The 8th king size bedroom with en suite and large bathroom, and cot room has to be requested on booking if needed.
Brook Hall is a large, detached property resting on the outskirts of Tadcaster, in Yorkshire. It comes with eight bedrooms, comprising one twin, three doubles and four super-king-size bedrooms (zip/link beds, can be made into twins on request), together sleeping 16 people. Oil central heating. Electric Belling cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dyer and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair available. Ample off-road parking. Garden area with a hot tub in with the booking, hard tennis court, large gardens with table, chairs, BBQ and firepit. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Shop 2.2 miles, pub 0.4 miles ( White Swan pub within walking distance in the village also serving excellent food). Note: Meals available on request cooked by Jayne

The ancient market town of Tadcaster is set in a superb position for exploring both North Yorkshire Moors and Yorkshire Dales National Parks, located just 10 miles away from York and 15 miles away from Harrogate. After exploring the vast array of amenities within the town, outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy walks along River Wharfe, as well as cycling, climbing, fishing, boating and golf.
