This terraced cottage rests on the outskirts of Coniston in the Lake District and can sleep five people in three bedrooms. Over three floors. Three bedrooms: 1 x King-Sized double, 1 x second-floor double, 1 x second-floor single. Bathroom with shower over bath, basin, heated towel rail and WC, Shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Kitchen/diner. Sitting room with woodburning stove.
Acorn Cottage is one of a row of eight terraced cottages, formerly owned by the author Beatrix Potter, on the outskirts of Conistion in the Lake district. The property has three bedrooms; two doubles and a single, sleeping five guests. The property also has a family bathroom, a shower room, a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside is ample off-road parking and an enclosed garden with lawn, patio and furniture. Acorn Cottage offers a tranquil base for a Lake District holiday. Impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the Lake District has it all.
