Mintons is a superb Edwardian terraced property with views of the River Teign in the centre of Shaldon, South Devon. The property has four bedrooms, a double with an en-suite shower room, two further doubles and a twin with zip/link feature. There is also a ground-floor WC, a family bathroom with roll top bath and separate shower, a kitchen, dining room and sitting room with gas fire. Outside is a patio garden, plus a large garage with parking for two cars and a pool table. Mintons is a wonderful family treat close to the beach in South Devon. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Shaldon is a pretty South Devon village, situated at the mouth of the Teign estuary, on the opposite bank to the historic, seaside town of Teignmouth. The village has a good selection of pubs, shops, tearooms and more, for your amenities. Nearby tourist attractions include a small zoo, ideal for family-friendly days out, the popular Shaldon Approach Golf Club and Shaldon Botanical Gardens. Due to its coastal location, you will have opportunities for those interested in watersporting activities, such as fishing and sailing. A popular village less than four miles away from the thriving seaside town of Torquay.
