Travel cot and highchair on request. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Courtyard garden and shared use of lawned areas, lake and woodland grounds. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.1 miles, pub 1.2 miles. Note: The lake is not fenced, children must be supervised
