Constantine is a picturesque village offering shops, a pub and a lovely church, set among green rolling meadows and wooded valleys leading down to the Helford River. Famous for its mild climate, this quieter part of Cornwall features the outstanding gardens of Trebah, Penjerrick, Glendurgan and Carwinion. Falmouth, with its narrow streets, natural harbour and National Maritime Museum, is just 20 minutes by car, while Flambards theme park and Argal Lake make great days out. The nearby Lizard Peninsula, with its outstanding beaches and quaint fishing villages dotting the rocky coastline, has great walks amidst outstanding scenery.
