Oil central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, coin-operated tumble dryer in shared drying room, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front lawn and patio area with furniture and BBQ. Shared courtyard. Storage for bikes. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.75 miles, pub/restaurant 10 mins walk. Beach 2 miles. Note: The cottage is near a workshop and farm yard, some occasional noise may be heard.This property needs 48 hours notice between booking date and the holiday start date to be able to go ahead.

The pleasant seaside town of Abergele stands on the lovely North Wales coastline and is ideally positioned between the stunning Vale of Clwyd and the lovely Conwy Valley. Renowned for the impressive Gwych Castle which overlooks the town, and its enormous sandy beach, the whole area offers safe bathing waters and excellent watersports facilities. There is also a coastal cycle path which runs along the Abergele seafront, and for walking enthusiasts, the Offa's Dyke pathway, the Clwydian Hill Range and beautiful Betws-y-Coed known as the "gateway to Snowdonia" are all nearby.
