This spacious end of terrace cottage, just one mile from the village of Barlow, near Chesterfield, can sleep five people in two bedrooms. Over three floors. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double (zip/link can be 2'6" twin on request), 1 x second floor family room with 3 x 2'6" singles (zip/link can be 1 king-size double and 1 x 2'6" single on request). Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner. Play room.

Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Additional parking available in lay-by approx 100 yards from property on a first come, first served basis. Outside seating area with bench. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: The second floor bedroom has limited headroom. Note: This cottage can be booked with Refs. 939316 and 939317, together they sleep 13.

The historic market town of Chesterfield acts as the gateway to the Peak District, and has much to offer visitors. The town is famous for its 14th Century church with "Crooked Spire", twisting curiously from its true centre, while the frequent bustling market days are ideal for exploring the many different specialist shops and stalls which line the old Market Hall and charming Shambles beyond. The town also boasts Queens Park, with its boating lake, walks and summer bandstand, as well as a museum and theatre. An interesting base for a break exploring the Peak District.
