Electric oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Front patio with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome, to be kept on a lead due to livestock. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: The owner has 2 dogs and there are geese, chickens, pigs and horses close by.

"Very well presented to a high standard little cottage in the grounds of the owners property. Very good kitchen with everything that you could need for your stay. Everywhere was clean and tidy and well presented. The owners are very nice and can't do enough to make your stay a pleasant one . This was an excellent base to explore the Jurassic coast, south Dorset ,Poole with many things to do all year round. It was always nice to get back to the log fire at the end of the day. The cottage itself was so comfortable, just what we needed with our german shepherd. The surroundings were beautiful and so relaxing. Would definitely stay again and would recommend"

"We were so happy and relaxed here! Fiona was extremely welcoming and her well-loved menagerie a delight to meet. The cottage was an excellent base for touring around Dorset. The main coastal resorts are no more than an hour away. It is a clean and cosy little pied de terre, which we experienced in the longest heat wave in years. It was cool and very safe and quiet. We are certain it will be lovely as a winter holiday destination because it has a wood burning stove. Highly recommended"
