Overview
This lovely cottage is set on a working farm, attached to the owners' property, 2 miles from the village of Wolfscastle and sleeps four people in two bedrooms. All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double with TV, 1 x twin. Shower room with shower, basin and WC accessed via double bedroom and hallway. Open-plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
Treffgarne Farm Cottage is a wonderful cottage set on a working livestock farm, two miles from the village of Wolfscastle and nine miles from Haverfordwest. The cottage utilises renewable energy through the use of solar panels and biomass for the heating and hot water, and sleeps four people in two bedrooms. These consist of one double bedroom and one twin room, as well as a shower room, which can be accessed via both the double bedroom and hallway. There is also an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area and outside, there is an enclosed patio with gated steps that lead up to a raised lawned area. There are many attractions in the area that will suit all tastes, making Treffgarne Farm Cottage an excellent base. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Biomass central heating with underfloor heating in bathroom. Rayburn, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, DVDs and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed patio with furniture and gated steps up to raised lawned area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: The lawned area is raised; therefore young children should be supervised. Note: Farm meats are available from the owners. Note: Electricity provided by property's own solar panels.

The pretty village of Wolfscastle in Pembrokeshire has a pub, restaurant, a shop and a pottery. There is a wonderful mill close by, along with scenic woodland walks, a cafe and shops selling locally produced gifts and foods. Haverfordwest boasts a castle, museum and riverside walks.

"We enjoyed our stay at the farm cottage. Its nicely decorated, well equipped and very comfortable. The very helpful owners live onsite and were terrific when we had difficulty with Wi-Fi!! There was plenty of tourist information to peruse. I am partially disabled and though the cottage isn't suitable for all disabled people, it has plenty of space if you can manage without grab rails etc. I would certainly recommend this cottage!"
"We spent the first week in August at Treffgarne farm with two children (9 & 11) and had an amazing time! We arrived later than expected so we were all pretty tired, however we were made to feel at home straight away and were given a really warm and friendly welcome from Mrs Morgan who showed us around the cottage and gave us some local information. The cottage is decorated to a really high standard and is much more spacious than the photos let on. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything and more than what is needed; the bedrooms were extremely comfortable and the double room actually has the feel of a hotel! The cottage is attached to the main farm house located on a livestock working farm which in our opinion adds to the overall charm. The area is very rural and peaceful so don't expect everything on your doorstep. The location was perfect for us, it's very central meaning good beaches, pretty towns and local attractions are all in fairly close proximity. We would definitely return and would highly recommend Treffgarne farm cottage."
"This is the ideal holiday house for touring the whole of Pembrokeshire as it is situated in the middle of the county. This reduces travel time by car to the picturesque beaches, villages and town to less than an hour. The property is modern inside and of the highest standard. It is on top of a hill and you feel like you living in the country. The Farmer and his wife are delightful. You must buy some of their exquisite beef sausages, mince meat, beef burgers. One of the other main reasons for choosing this property was that it had WiFi as I still needed to do some work whilst I was away. It worked without any problems"
