"The perfect place to get away from it all. Compact but comfortable. Kitchen is perfect for small meals, the property has a combi-oven which we didn't use. Due to the bad weather the TV and radio reception was a little patchy but that didn't bother us. The drive to the property is down a tiny track and parking is a little tight, due to this we didn't venture out at night. Scenery is amazing. Mobile phone coverage sketchy but this turned out to be a blessing. Looking forward to returning."

"The room was very cosy and warm on arrival the chocolates went down well with the coffee. Thank you. location is beautiful within easy reach of all amenities e.g. Snowdon Caernarfon and local national trust properties which is a must. Kitchen was well equipped considering the size was small. Outside veranda was great,however it needed pressure washing and updating. Table and chairs were rotten so we used our own. All in all a great little apartment for a romantic getaway."

"Very clean, compact and well decorated room, great for couples and a short break away! Small kitchen with a hob and microwave which was sufficient but we often ate out as it was quite difficult to cook in the space. Overall, a brilliant place to stay in fairly close range to many outdoor activities, would highly recommend the huge zip wire at Zip World! Great fun!"

"enjoyed our stay here there the accommodation was fine except for the position of the microwave.The approach to the property was not very good but the location and views were great"

"The apartment was adequate in size for for myself and my 13 year old son, nice views, easy access to main roads, supermarket within 5 miles for major shopping and several smaller shops closer. Only downside from my point of view was the location of the microwave as it was just off floor level."

"Great location if you're looking for some quiet spot! Might be tricky in winter as it's "in the middle of nowhere" and there is quite tight road reaching property. I've stayed with my husband in the smaller studio, but it was just enough for two of us. Big bed, TV, big table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower. We had also terrace which we could use. It's a shame that the owners didn't think about organising it better though. Nice bench and a table on the terrace would be nice.. so you could have even a dinner outside. Proper cleaning would be needed too as I felt that it wasn't cleaned carefully. Worth to stay though as in general more positives and nice views (of course if the weather is nice :P), I wouldn't mind to go back there"
